否

Progress stalls when sides stop listening. Wait for the cycle to turn; forcing makes it worse.

The Judgment

Heaven and earth are out of touch. Progress stalls when people stop listening to each other.

The Image

Heaven and earth do not unite, so the wise person withdraws into inner worth and avoids showy honors.

How to use it

Do not force it. Preserve integrity and wait for the cycle to change.
