The wind blows low on the mountain, so the wise person stirs people up and strengthens their spirit.
How to use it
Repair what neglect broke. Plan the work and follow through.
Structure
Six lines: 艮 Mountain (Gen) above and 巽 Wind (Xun) below. Lines are read from the bottom up.
